By placing an order with King Sewing, you contractually agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All transactions are subject to product availability and final confirmation of the order price.

We process all international payments exclusively through secure, verified, and PCI-DSS compliant channels (PayPal and Stripe). Your order will only be dispatched for delivery once the full purchase amount has been successfully cleared by our financial institution.

✧ Shipping & Risk: All international deliveries are made strictly on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. In accordance with global freight standards, the risk of transit loss or damage passes completely to the buyer the moment the product is handed over to the international carrier.

✧ Customs & Compliance: Buyers are contractually responsible for ensuring the purchased equipment fully complies with their local and national import laws. Any regulatory delays, compliance verification overheads, or custom seizures are the buyer's sole responsibility.

✧ Order Cancellation: Orders can only be requested for cancellation within 12 hours of placement. Once our specialized 12-point technical diagnostic process begins at the hub, any approved cancellations will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

✧ Force Majeure: King Sewing shall not be held liable for any shipping delays or fulfillment failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, global health emergencies, or global logistics and port strikes.

All machinery is sold as described. We guarantee that every machine unit undergoes rigorous testing and professional inspection before shipment. King Sewing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or operational handling of the equipment. Professional installation by a certified technician is mandatory for all industrial units.

These Terms & Conditions, all electronic store transactions, and global sales agreements are strictly governed by and construed in accordance with the corporate commercial and trade laws of Singapore. Any legal disputes arising from transactions on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
