At King Sewing, we are committed to delivering your premium sewing and quilting machinery safely and efficiently across the globe. All international orders are managed through our corporate office in Singapore and dispatched via our network of secure regional fulfillment hubs.
1. Order Processing & Handling Time
✧ Handling Time: All orders are processed, quality-inspected, and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday).
✧ Order Cut-off Time: 3:00 PM SGT (Singapore Time), Monday through Friday.
✧ Orders placed after 3:00 PM SGT on Friday, or during Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on the following Monday.
✧ Please note that our warehouse processing and shipping operations are closed on weekends and official public holidays.
2. Shipping Safety
✧ The machine, extension table, and all technical accessories will be meticulously repacked using heavy-duty multi-layered bubble wrap, protective foam cushioning, and a sturdy custom replacement box to guarantee maximum protection during transit.

3. Domestic Shipping (Singapore Only)
✧ Shipping Fees: We offer free standard domestic delivery within Singapore for all orders.
✧ Delivery Methods: Domestic orders are delivered via local courier services with an estimated transit time of 2 to 3 business days.
✧ Self-Collection: If you are located in Singapore, self-collection options at our designated corporate point can be arranged. Our team will contact you via email or WhatsApp within 2 to 5 business days once your order is ready.
4. International & Worldwide Shipping
We provide secure international shipping to targeted countries worldwide using reliable global carriers, including DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, and premium international postal networks.
✧ Shipping Fees: We apply a transparent Flat Rate Shipping System for international deliveries. Shipping fees are not calculated based on dimensional or volumetric weight; instead, a fixed flat rate based on your destination country will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
✧ Transit Time for Accessories & Small Packets: Shipped via international airmail with an estimated transit time of 4 to 8 business days.
✧ Transit Time for Heavy Machinery (Sewing & Quilting Machines): Shipped via specialized international express couriers with an estimated transit time of 14 to 21 business days.
✧ Note: Estimated transit times exclude weekends and holidays. Air delivery schedules begin the day after the courier picks up the package from our regional fulfillment hub.
5. Shipment Tracking Information
We guarantee full transparency for your shipments. A valid international tracking number will be automatically sent to your registered email address as soon as the package is handed over to the courier. Deliveries can only be made to valid and accurate street addresses; we do not ship to PO Boxes.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
✧ Import Duties & Local Taxes (DDU Scheme): All international orders (including shipments to any country outside Singapore) are shipped under the Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) scheme. The product price and shipping fees paid on our website DO NOT include local import taxes, customs duties, or customs clearance fees of your destination country. The buyer is solely responsible for paying any such charges imposed by local customs authorities upon arrival.
✧ Package Refusal Policy: If a customer refuses to pay local customs duties or taxes, causing the package to be held or returned to our logistics hub, the final refund will be deducted by all return shipping costs, customs processing fees, and any administrative expenses incurred from the refusal.
