The F1070 uses Epson's PrecisionCore MicroTFP printhead with Nozzle Verification Technology and UltraChrome DG2 Ink to produce detailed, vibrant garment prints. Its cartridge-free 250 mL ink-pack system helps reduce the frequency of ink replacement, while the integrated white-ink circulation system helps maintain white-ink performance.
For DTFilm production, the F1070 can create transfers that can subsequently be applied to compatible textiles using a heat press. Epson also states that the printer can print directly onto a wide variety of fabrics up to 1 inch thick, while DTFilm expands the range of compatible materials and uniquely shaped products.
